MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe the purpose of coaching is to help people identify and experience a broader range of choices for themselves. This happens when:

  • I support clients in engaging in the creative tension presented by the gap between where they are and where they want to be

  • When I am grounded in awareness of a clients wholeness and resourcefulness regardless of the challenges they face

  • I believe in a client’s potential while honoring their limitations

  • I focus on empowering clients rather than trying to solve their problems for them

  • I create conditions for trust, vulnerability, and connection while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries

  • I honor the client’s leadership during our session and center the issues, needs and goals they set for the coaching time.
