What is FUTURE//WORK?
Future//Work explores how we can consciously shape the future. It begins with a recognition: we have the power and the opportunity to influence what comes next.
The ways we think, create, and collaborate today are writing the story of tomorrow. Understanding this power, and learning to wield it with care, is essential for living our fullest potential and making a meaningful impact in our lives and the world.

Founder and Principal of Axia Amplified Consulting
Ailiana Denis is a strategist known for helping leaders navigate complexity with clarity, courage, and purpose. Ailiana is also a certified yoga instructor and a longtime practitioner of mindful living. Each New Year, she dedicates time to her own ritual of reflection, visioning, and goal setting. For this retreat, she is blending her strategic expertise with grounding, embodied practices to help participants reconnect with themselves, clarify what matters most, and align their intentions with the impact they want to create.

Through guided reflection on life, we will generate personal insights and collective wisdom you can integrate.
REIMAGINE: 4:20 - 5:30
Fresh insights will serve as the foundation, as you envision and choose the shifts you will co-create in yourself and your world in 2026.
REGULATE: 5:30 - 6:30
A guided sound bath will offer space to rest, settle, and integrate what emerged throughout the day.
Our Soundbath Practitioner, Ndidi A. Okakpu, is a social entrepreneur, business owner, and community builder committed to strengthening organizations, leaders, and communities through people-centered work grounded in care and sustainability.
After a multi-year season of profound personal loss, Ndidi began practicing meditation to preserve her health and well-being, a practice she has called on for more than eight years. In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, she has been invited by community organizations, faith spaces, and grassroots groups to share grounding practices, deep breathing techniques, and sound baths that support anxiety relief and collective resilience.
Ndidi is a certified Reiki Practitioner and a former student of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction through UMass Memorial Health. She continues her training and practice under the guidance of healing practitioner Dr. Kimberly J. Davis, founder of the Journey to Wholeness Center and the Journey Healing Institute. Ndidi is deeply committed to sharing accessible healing practices that have supported her own health and capacity, and to creating spaces that invite restoration, presence, and renewal.
Join the half-day FUTURE//WORK retreat to reconnect with joy, hope, power, and creativity through reflective visioning, community, and embodied practice. It offers space and structure to cultivate the mindsets, relationships, strategies, and somatic tools needed to steward the future, especially in a time when society is being called to navigate deep and unprecedented challenges.
Unlike the typical visioning retreat, it’s built around a four-level framework (exploring the personal, relational, institutional, and societal parts of life) that helps you explore where and how you can create meaningful shifts in your personal life, community, and in the world.
