Ailiana Denis is the founder and Managing Director of Axia Amplified Consulting. At Axia Amplified, she helps organizations amplify their social impact by creating workplaces where all people can thrive and contribute to creating a more just world. As a cultural mediator and executive coach, she helps leaders understand, navigate, and transcend the deeper differences between themselves and others as they lead diverse organizations. She empowers her clients to use cultural self-awareness to:

• spur their personal growth and development

• effectively manage conflict,

• increase adaptability when facing uncertainty,

• generate more innovative solutions to complex problems,

• improve collaboration and trust among the people they work with

Ailiana’s professional experience spans across the non-profit, legal, and education sectors. She currently serves as a senior affiliate DEI consultant for the Shriver Center on Poverty Law’s Advocate Resource & Training department and as faculty for the Racial Justice Institute. She holds a B.S. in Education from Oakwood University, an M.A. in Digital Communication from DePaul University, and is currently at Northwestern University studying Organizational Learning and Change with a focus on leading equity, inclusion, and justice in organizations.
